Refund Policy Agreement

When you purchase products and transact with our website, you are agreeing to the terms laid out in this refund policy:

✅ Cover Squadron WILL grant refunds under the following circumstances:

  • The artwork hasn't been delivered within 24 hours of purchase.
  • The delivered artwork doesn't match your specific request (if, for instance, there's a mistake in the Artist name or Song/Album Title that was our fault). This DOES NOT apply to customization requests we deem unfeasible.

❌ Cover Squadron WILL NOT grant refunds in these situations:

  • The final artwork has been delivered to the provided email, and it matches all the specified requests.
  • Errors made by the customer in inputting the Artist Name, Song/Album Title, or Delivery Email. However, if such mistakes are made, please notify us at contact@coversquadron.com. We'll correct the mistake and send the revised artwork.

Steps to Request a Refund:

  1. Reach out to us via contact@coversquadron.com.
  2. Use "Refund" as your email subject.
  3. Include your order number in the email.
  4. Clearly state your reason for the refund request.
  5. Await our response. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 days.
